i2 partners with individual schools, districts and funders to develop custom project-based learning opportunities for teachers and students to meet specific school or district needs. These programs can be run during the school year in the school day, as an after school program or over the summer months. Programs range from a day of hands-on STEM lessons to a full week or longer immersive instruction. Schools can also set up a project-based learning block during the school day where i2 lessons can be run throughout the year.
i2 programs are designed for students of all backgrounds and abilities, and can be run by teachers of all disciplines, not only STEM teachers.
Beyond the open source curriculum, i2 can provide online and/or in-person teacher training, course materials, and marketing and logistical support for any educators interested in additional help in developing a custom program.
